How to Become a Life Group Leader.
Are you considering becoming the leader of a new life group? Here are the steps you need to take:
- Currently be an active participant in an OPC life group.
- Let your current leader know about your interest in facilitating a group. You may
be able to apprentice for a while.
- Read, sign and bring the Life
Group Leader Principles document to the life group table on Sunday morning.
- Complete the Life Group Application
and email it to Gail Paulus at gail@oakpointe.org.
- Complete the Leadership Essentials Class. Register online
for the next upcoming class.
- "Birth" out from your current group or start a brand new one.
