MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers).

Are you a mom?

Are you a mom to children birth through kindergarten? Are you pregnant, adopting, or fostering? Do you want time with other moms whose daily life includes wiping noses, saying "no," changing diapers, and potty training? Then OPC MOPS is for you!

Who is MOPS for?

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom or a working mom - single or married - you're invited! OPC MOPS exists solely to equip, encourage, motivate, assure and develop moms like you.

The Power of A Positive Mom

Every third Monday starting October 17th, we will be meeting to discuss a book study on "The Power of A Positive Mom" by Karol Ladd. There's no cost or homework! The Power of a Positive Mom offers seven time-tested principles from the trenches of motherhood. You'll learn the power of your words and how to use them positively; you'll learn how to pray life-chaning prayers for your children and for yourself; you'll learn how to grow an attitude of gratitude in your children - and so much more! An excellent resource for stay-at-home and working moms alike.

When and where do we meet?

MOPS meets on the first and third Mondays September through May in room 137. We start at 7:15 p.m. and go until 9:15 p.m. The first meeting is Monday, September 19, with guest speaker Debbie Pierson, she will be speaking on MOPS and the importance of female friendships. Our building is located at 50200 10 Mile Road, just west of Wixom Rd. in Novi. Sorry, no childcare provided.
