Come join us for fun and fellowship on Friday afternoons while stuffing bulletins
for the weekend services. You will be the first to know what's going on. |

Chair Crew
Turn our empty worship center into our auditorium by setting up chairs
Saturday morning to support Saturday and Sunday worship services.
Great ministry for teens, parent/child, families. Rotation: one month on, two months off.
Setup starts at 7:00 a.m.. We currently need 6 people. |

Coffee Team
Help create a welcoming atmosphere on Saturday and Sunday mornings by providing coffee,
bagels, and donuts (or cookies!) to our guests after the services.
You can even eat and drink on the job! Rotation: once per month. We currently need 4 people. |

Events & Hospitality
We have a lot of fun at our large-scale events and there are many opportunities
to get involved as a leader, administrator, helper, hospitality (food prep; decorations),
or coffee setup/teardown. Smaller events (usually specific to ministries) are
also in need of leaders, administrators, and hospitality. Flexible hours. We currently need 3 people. |

Greeters
Create a welcoming environment for our guests by greeting them outside the doors
and inside the church. This team strives to create a great “first impression”
by helping our guests feel at home, connecting them with others, and being the
encouragement needed so they want to come back. Needs:
Team leaders, workers. Rotation: once per month. We currently need 5 people. |

Message Ministry
Every Sunday morning, the message is recorded, archived, and burned on CD or available
online for anyone to access. Our Message Ministry Team makes the CD's available on Saturday and
Sunday morning. Needs: cashier and CD burners. Rotation: once per month. We currently need 3 people for Saturdays. |

Parking Lot Team
Help create an orderly flow by directing traffic in and out of Oak Pointe and make
it a positive experience even before our guests walk into our front door! Rotation: once per month.
We currently need 4 people. |

Security
Help provide a secure environment for Adventureland, our children’s program, and the
building at large. Our guests can have a peace of mind while attending the
worship service, knowing security is in place. Rotation: once per month. We currently need 4 people. |

Ushers
The Ushers enhance the worship experience by accommodating seating and keeping the
atmosphere in the auditorium conducive to hearing God’s message.
Rotation: once per month. We currently need 3 people. |

Welcome Team
Be that friendly face at the Welcome Center! You’ll greet guests,
provide information about our church & its events, and help
answer folks’ general questions about OPC. We currently need 2 people. |
