We know how to get our bodies into shape. We're supposed to eat right, exercise, drink water. But what does it take to get ourselves into shape spiritually? How do we grow stronger in our faith, our relationship with God, and our knowledge of His Word? Come along with us as we learn the keys to building core strength and living a spiritually healthy life.
