Security Check for Volunteers.
Screening of our volunteers includes a comprehensive application
as well as background and reference checks.
Name Tags.
Every child must have a nametag to enter Adventureland. Temporary nametags are available at each Adventureland Welcome Center,
located both downstairs in the atrium and upstairs in the main hallway. Parents will receive a temporary pass that corresponds with their child’s nametag.
This pass allows parents to enter Adventureland.
Parents can request permanent nametags and passes for their family by filling out a form at the Adventureland Welcome Center.
Family ID Numbers.
Every child’s nametag, whether temporary or permanent, has a number that matches the number on the pass given to the parent.
If your child needs you during the service, the ID number on your parent pass will appear on the video monitor located in the auditorium.
You are required to show your parent pass in order to enter Adventureland, and your child will not be released to you unless the number on
your parent pass matches the number on the nametag your child is wearing.
For the protection of our children...
We have security people stationed outside the Adventureland areas on both levels.
