Other Opportunities

Van drivers
We are sometimes asked to drive students on field trips or to sports camps. Oak Pointe has a 12-passenger van that we usually use.

Mentor Cody grads
Help Cody grads transition into adulthood.

Monthly clean-ups
Plan monthly clean-up activities at and around schools in the Cody community, and participate in the activities.

Social media
Assist with communicating about the Cody Partnership to various stakeholders. Share stories, promote events, etc. in order to help people be informed, engaged, and involved.

Baja Bound
We plan to take Cody students and staff, along with Oak Pointers, on a week-long mission trip to Mexico to build houses for farm workers.

Presents with a Purpose
This is an Oak Pointe Church season-of-giving activity, but the Cody community is the primary beneficiary. The team includes callers to verify names and gift ideas. It takes a number of drivers to deliver the gifts to homes in the Cody community.
