Oak Pointe Stories
The heart of NEXT.
Investing in the church so we can grow is totally worth the sacrifice. The gospel is worth it. People are worth it.
I’ve grown so much here through the relationships I’ve built and the examples I’ve seen set by Godly men.
I see so many peers who are hurting and broken. I pray all the time that they will come to know the difference Jesus can make.
I love how we invest in our community and try to reach every demographic without making anyone feel unworthy.

I value the relationships I’ve made by being in a life group and serving. I’m imperfect but God uses me.
Having the chance to serve on short-term trips to Zambia has shown me so much about who God is. At Oak Pointe, people pour into you so you can pour into the next person. I love that.
Creating space for older children and adults with special needs is a beautiful way Oak Pointe can grow.
We had been praying to find a church home because faith is important to us and it can be lonely settling into a new place.
In the season ahead, I want God to use me to grow His Kingdom. He’s done so much for me. I’m ready to help others seek Him.
In 2008, our daughters attended SpringHill Day Camp at Oak Pointe Novi. We didn’t know when we dropped them off on the first day that this would end up being our church home.
