Use your gifts, talents, and passion to serve others

Find Your Team Workshop

One of the best ways to find community at a larger church is to begin serving. In doing so, we not only find joy in the work we’re doing but develop connections with team members. And when we deploy our passions and gifts in serving God and others, we find fulfillment and joy beyond what we thought was possible. The Find Your Team Workshop is designed to help newcomers understand the various serving opportunities at Oak Pointe and then find the team that is the best fit.

Weekend Opportunities

Team members of all ages are needed to partner with Oak Pointe Kids to effectively disciple children into a lifelong friendship with Jesus.

The First Impressions Team serves in the atrium and parking lot, providing guests a warm welcome and helpful information.

Comprised of security and ushers, our Safety Team monitors the building, help people find seats, count attendance, and facilitate communion.

During each of our weekend services the Prayer Team prays for the message, kids, students, and everything else that’s going on during the service.

Whether you sing, play an instrument, create, design or build, join the Worship Arts Team to help glorify our great God through our weekend worship gatherings.

Tech Team members use audio, video, and lighting technology to help bring our weekend services, student ministries and special events to life.
